Rescheduling: If you need to change your session, please email info@chanellerene.com at least 2 days before your scheduled session.
Late policy: If late, your session will still end at its scheduled time. If more than 10-minutes late, it is considered a non-show and the session will not be refunded.
Non-show: If you do not show up for your session or more than 10-minutes late, it will not be refunded. Booking a new session is required for rescheduling.
